Something (i think) not covered in the Force Film, IVTC, and Deinterlacing tutorial

I have a DVD which is 99% FILM and at the same time rapidly switches between Interlaced and Progressive frames. What should I do to correct this?

Open the .d2v in notepad. If you find the pattern 0 1 2 3 in these places where DVD2AVI switches between Interlaced/Progressive then you can safely use Force Film.

But is there anything I can do to fix the P/I switching? Do I just run the Decomb filter?

EDIT: (btw it was 01230123 etc so i Force FILM'd it)

I'd say that should work OK. Try Telecide(post=false) without Decimate() first to see if it is handled correctly.
