DVD2One111 Sound Selection

I am currently using DVD2One111. Great programme, no problems, untill now; I was given the choice on a movie 'The 51st State' of AC3 2CH ENGLISH, AC3 6CH ENGLISH, DT 5CH ENGLISH AND AC3 2CH ENGLISH. Normally it is either AC3 2ch English or AC3 6ch English. I have always gone with just the 6ch. Can anyone tell me which one or ones I should use for best results, in English............Dave :confused:

it's just a matter of how large your video is... if you do go with 6ch, you'd be getting surround sound (will you need this?), but you gotta ask yourself if you wanna sacrifice video quality in order to fit 6 channels of audio. I personally usualy use 6ch

Well, the third one is DTS. DTS is much larger, but usually sounds better. Before you choose it, though, do you have a DTS decoder? And do you want to restrict yourself to DTS?
The fourth track is another 2ch DD track, so I'm betting it's commentary of some kind, so you can eliminate that. But listen to the tracks first, it may be that both 2ch tracks are not the movie soundtrack alone.

I will stay with the 6ch English. It has now worked o.k. for the first 30 DVD back-ups. What a great system GK DVD decrypter, DVD2one111, Nero 5.5.10.15, job done on a DVD R. What a great Forum we all have here, I have learnt so much, in so little time, apart from spelling lessons, tanks to all who have helped me in my past threads; hope I can help someone in the future......Dave:)

by the way, there's a newer version of dvd2one...
