Disabling a Menubutton of a commercial DVD???

hey folks...

i wanna strip some unwanted material from a DVD movie ... one button in the menu will play it..

is there a possibility to disable this button so the hardware player or software player wont crash or mess around when someone tries to click on that button ?

i'd appreciate any help..
