I have A Monster Inc NTSC dvd and I want to make a copy in PAL format. I've searched the forum for very simple solutions, but without success.
I've discovered that there is an option in vStrip to convert the picture from for instance 29 to 25 frames and this will be recognized as PAL. However when I played the .vob file the movie seems not quite right (stuttering).
Is this an option in vStrip that should not be used and therefore other methods should be used?
