'Don't delete any files' setting

When I uncheck this setting (meaning I want the files deleted) only the muxed file is deleted. Why aren't the audio and video files also deleted?

If you don´t check 'don´t delete any files' it doesn´t implement that every file that could be deleted, gets deleted. If so, dvd2svcd would have called it 'delete every unneeded file'.
Deleting the audio and the video file wouldn´t even bring a lot of disc space, since for every image one muxed file gets deleted.
-Now you have a maximum of all the files + the muxed files + 1 image. With your method you would have a maximum of all files + the muxed files.
-Now you can recover from muxing and cutting, with your method you wouldn´t be able to recover.
I think, that are the main reasons, dvd2svcd made it so.
If there is no way around deleting the files for you, you can try creating a batch file to delete them, and calling it along with VCDEasy.
