Mpeg Splitter?

Hi all,need a little help.I have a a Mpeg movie I need to cut in half.I use NanDub for my Avi's,will Mpeg's work in NanDub?I read through the ''Guides'' section but did not see anything for Mpeg's.I may have over looked it.But,if you can guide my in the right direction it would help.

Tmpeg, Maestro, Scenarist, Macromedia M2-Edit Pro, ViTec Mpeg Pro to name a few.
