Ripping the vob files without the DVD??

I have an XBOX and copied all the dvd files to the XBOX harddrive then to my computers harddrive because i dont have a DVD drive. I was wondering if there is a way to un-encode the vob files so i can turn them into a div-x. I have tried using smart ripper but it keeps checking for a dvd drive in my computer. AND no i dont want to buy a dvd drive because i am very poor :(

I don't know what methodology you used to "copy" the files to HD, but a tool you might try to use is Vstrip, with the VstripGUI. Doom9 has a guide (http://www.doom9.org/vstrip.htm).

an indirect approach is to use the files u downloaded from xbox to make an iso image using imgtools, mount it through deamon tools and use decrypter to decrypt them. U will need twice the space for it but it always works.
