When trying to play a DIVX in Divxplayer 2.1 I get this with Akira (which i just encoded)
StreamSourceFilter:seekFromBeginning(0( iout of readLimit ranger:-1
I don't get this in WMP 6.4
and If I play only the silent AVI it doesn't happen, and the audio works fine.
Any idea?

This doesn't sound like a GKnot problem really. I'd say that it's a muxing problem: What versions of DivX,GKnot,VirtualDub(mod) are you using and do you have ffdshow installed?

You may be reporting a DivX Player problem. You mentioned that your encodes play correctly with the benchmark player -- WMP 6.4.
The DivX Player has a checkered history.
You might try one of the other AVI players available, to see what happens, such as BSPlayer, Zoomplayer, or even a modern version of WMP.
