Feature Request: to be able to activate the creation of Stream Information.txt through command line switches.

Its created by default..and whatever is selected in the gui applies to the cli also.

Are there times when you want it and times when you dont? Is it worth my time adding such a feature? Dont get me wrong, I will/could do it, but I like to have a good reason :D
