Soft Encode: whereto download?

I've seen direct download-links for SoftEncode on different popular dvd-related sites, which all absolutly don't make the impression of warezsites. So I'm wondering if SonicFoundry SoftEncode ist freeware. It could be because since a long you can't buy SoftEncode anymore.

It's not freeware. You can only get it in warez form.

I have been having all the problems described about ac3 encoding with ac3machine. So I would like to trye Soft Encode only i cannot find it. Please help. Where can I download soft encode from?

surcode is a commercial software :( - you can buy it at Minnetonka or find other ways to download it ;)
