I use TMPG 2.66, but it has trouble with Avisynth 2.51 (not supported?). It works with Avisynth 2.08 though. Since Avisynth 2.51 increase the speed of CCE quite a bit, I would like to know if I can make it work with TMPG. Thanks!
It works for me just fine.
Remember to have something like the following at the end (to convert to RGB24 from YV12):
YV12toRGB24(Limiter(video),interlaced=false)
FlipVertical() #YV12->BGR24 convertion natively flips image
These functions are in Marc's mpeg2dec3 actually.

You have an un-official release of TMPGEnc, 2.66 is a modified translated German version.
Official release is :
TMPGEnc PLUS : TMPGEnc Plus (English), Ver.2.511.51.160 (2.511)
DL: http://www.pegasys-inc.com/e_main.html
TMPGEnc Free : TMPGEnc (English), Version 2.511
DL : http://www.tmpgenc.net/e_download.html
Only when you use an official release you can get helped. I don't know what "they" modified @ 2.66 - so I can't say if Avisynth 2.51 is supported. You even can't ask TMPGEnc Crew, they don't know it at a modified version too!
Please use an official release and try again or ask the person who modified it.

I somehow got it wrong. I use TMPG 2.51. The CCE I use is 2.66. Is it a coincidence that both TMPG and Avisynth are at version 2.51?
How to modify the TMPG script?

Questions about AviSynth are in better hands here (http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=33)
With TMPG script you mean the templater you are loading? After loading you can edit it when you click on "Setting", or just open the template (*.mcf file !) and edit it via notepad or another editor.

I use TMPGENC plus i.e. the registered version - not the version mentioned by the first poster... I don't know what you read into my posting, I only use the legitimate registered version, well worth it.
