dvddecrypter ripped file

Have created four files:
D1.ISO
D1.MDS
D12.ISO
D12.MDS
What application do I need to burn a DVD from these files?
Have tried Nero, but it doesn't work.

I don't see any place to create and burn a CD within dvddecryptor.

In your first post at the top of this thread, you asked about burning DVD, not CD.

If you are attempting to copy a DVD-5, using DVD Decrypter in ISO mode ... then yes, you can use DVD Decrypter to burn a DVD. See Doom9's DVD Decrypter guide (http://www.doom9.org/dvddec.htm) .
