odd framerates....

hey all ..problem i have files with 14.985 framerate how do i handle those files in dvd(avi)2svcd..they are mp43 franhofer lls mpeg layer 3 codec.. do i re-framerate them ? how? how do i handle odd framerates?? any and i do mean any help is appreciated..

I don't know if you're still working on this or not, but you can use tmpg to convert the framerate and save as a tmpg project. Then convert the tmpg project file using vfapiConv. Then frameserve that file to cce using avisynth. I've done this a couple of times and it works once you get the procedure down. You might try searching for "frameserving from tmpg" or "frameserving tmpg project files."
