I have the same problem as in this thread http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=31681
which is the output mpg is playing at a slightly slower rate, because the source file was 390secs, and the output file was 439secs. I figure that this is close enough to the difference between 29.97fps and 25.00fps to be something obvious.
The problem is the same on PC andStandalone. I also noted that when importing the MPG into EasyVCD it did say it was 25FPS PAL.
Although I can make a perfectly good NTSC SVCD (its actually taken me 6 months to manage that),i really do want to make a PAL one.
I have used all the basic default settings in DVD2SVCD, with the exception of Enabling:
* Conversion > NTSC to Pal option.
I have looked through all the logs etc and found a couple of items that refer to something like
Frame_Rate=29970
but i also figure that is probably the analysis of the source and not necessarily anything to do with the output.
I have looked through all the Basic and Advanced instructions and nothing else is mentioned apart from Ticking the NTSC to PAL box. It certainly doesnt seem that simple (to me at least).
I found one tip to turn Force Film from Automatic to On, but i did that and the log showed that it turned it off anyway.
Following is the usual stuff and logs.
Thanks
