dvd2svcd - RunbbMPEG problem

I am converting a DVD, and I followed the DVD2SVCD guide on the site, but after it had run for about 5 hours I got this errorm hlep please:
Executing RunbbMPEG. Commandline:

File not found The system cannot find the file specified
