bbMPEG error - mpv was not found

I'm creating a VCD with Procoder. I got the message that "Encoded_Video_ProCoder_NTSC.mpv" was not found. I checked and found that the file is named "Encoded_Video_ProCoder_NTSC.mpv.m1v", which I believe is the extension for Procoder mpg1. I did not get this error when creating an SVCD with Procoder. I'm using the AVI2SVCD option.

Hello!

Just rename it to
"Encoded_Video_ProCoder_NTSC.mpv"
and recover from muxing and cutting.
