Another Maestro question

I've been using 16:9 LETTERBOX but on trilights guide, he says," Change the default “4:3” setting in Maestro to “16:9 PS/LB”. " Have I been using the wrong setting for all these movies?

I don't believe so. Trilight's suggestion take into account the remote possibility that your video was Pan ans Scan encoded and preserves this. But trully I have yet to come across such a movie.
