I've been having that since the last beta (haven't tried before).. basically whenever I do a divx3 movie in gknot it gets oversized.. something above 10mb for Matrix (1CD) and completely crazy for SPR (2.6gb before it crashes upon encoding the last frame). When I only do the first pass in GKnot, then do the 2nd one manually in Nandub everything is fine.
