DVDx plaggia ?

I found this info on unite-video.com. Look like this is a "remake" (understand rip, plaggia) of DVDx

well the description they give is taken from the start of the guide that comes with DVDx. word for word.

i dont care that they are giving it away free if it is DVDx with renamed texts then they are breaking the GPL by not saying so and not making available the source etc etc etc.

this is new though. a free con job ?
