I have an XVid movie encoded at 640 x 272.
How can I get it to DVD Specs of 720 X 480.
I'm assuming that it's at 24 fps so should I use a pulldown. If I use a pulldown how would I get the audio to sync up.
And are there any flags that need to be set in the authoring program to get the DVD player to display the movie correctly.
