i have decrypt to file from DVD. go into instant dvd - its running but seem so long.....
781 minute remaing
reading 1 of 2

its running for almost 30hrs now....

its it doing anything?

IC can be slow, but not that slow - unless you are using an old Cyrix CPU.

30 hours gone and another 13 to go :eek:

that's nearly 2 days :D

what CPU have you got? (a ZX81 by chance)

there's something seriously wrong there

what DVD are you processing and how did you rip it and what system hardware do you have?

what transfer speed is it saying?

mine is normally 0.8Mb/s - 1.4Mb/s but yours will probably be in kb/s by the sounds of things

can you take a snapshot?
