no english subs on BAND_BROTHERS_D1?

I played the DVD on my set top DVD player and the subs showed up fine on the TV, but r4r only sees Espanol [Normal Caption] and Francais [Legal Trademarks]. PowerDVD only sees the Spanish and French subs, also.

Any ideas?
