I ve been puzzled last month about the missing timecode in my standalone display when I playback my own dvd-r.
Check up this scenario.
A movie that I am backing up ends up playing perfectly and displaying timecode as it should. However if I make a titleset from the same vobs and dont ifoupdate/ifoedit them I dont have timecodes. Therefore I am assuming that there is something in the original ifos that enable timecode display that I am missing and not setting up correctly in Maestro when I author.
I am working in XP Pro and my standalone is a Philips 723.
Any clues or thoughts?
