XVid cutting?

How can i cut the XVID file (*Dub can`t open XVID :( )... I have 700+ MB file what don`t fit on 700 MB CD-R (file encoded to be burn with overburning, but my CD-RW don`t support that feature)... I want to cut the few MB but don`t know how...

Only way i see - it`s cut the end of file with any file-editor, then DivFix it, but this is not good...

If VirtualDub can't open the file then you propably don't have a "full" codec installed. You most likely only have ffdshow or Nic's DShow filter. You need the full XviD. Check the Q&A (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16935) for where to get a binary.

Yeah, you`r right... I install only the DShow filter :D ...

I try to download the full release instead of decoder-only...
