Remove XCD file system?

I have made several XCD’s now I want to edit them with Virtual Dub I get “In complete MPEG file detected. Last frame is maybe corrupted” then “ MPEG Import Filter: MPEG file does not contain video stream” & VDub fails to open the file, why does this occur? Can I fix this?

There's a tool called similar to "xcdextractor.exe" in your xcd-tools-zip. Use it for extracting the file from the XCD, it removes the riff-headers which confuse vdub.
