i have had the flyvideo 3000 since December and still am not convinced that it is better than a Geforce 256 combo card.

I have a machine quite capable of capturing huffyuv streams and yet I am unable to capture @ full PAL resolution with stereo sound using this card. Has anyone done it? if so please detail Software used & drivers.

thanks

btw i am running

WinXP Pro on a
p4 2.4 in an asus p4pe
512 pc2700 ram
capturing to a raid 0 array of 2 x 80 gb WD JB drives
sound blaster live se

You could have found answers using the search button ...

but anyway:

Both VirtualVCR and Fly2000TV do excellent jobs for me: VirtualVCR is better for keeping A/V-synch because of its excellent resampling, Fly2000TV is particularly good as a TV interface.

BTW: capturing at more than 720x576 does not make sense since the Flyvideo interpolates resolutions greater than that.

My system: Flyvideo3000, WinXP, Athlon 1800xp
