chapter breaks

I am trying to insert chapter breaks into a 45 min movie with a "White Page" I want to jump out to a menu and then be able to resume back to the movie at the same point. I did this with Otto from Scenarist in london some weeks ago however I cannot seem to get the chapter to jump when "enter" is pressed on the remote. The menu automatically comes up by itself at the chapter break. I am just learning Scenarist, however I need to get this right. Any help aprettiated. Be easy I am just getting the hang od this program
