I been having trouble with DVD2svcd lately. it doing ok until the process of where besweet is, the audio concersion process if i'm not mistaken. When besweet run, window gave me a an error and after i click dont sent on the error window, besweet just close and report in the log window of dvd2svcd that audio conversion finished. i checked the file Encoded_audio_1.mp2 and the size is 0. The process then just finish like always but it didnt create any bin or cue file. so the program said that it's done but it's not successful. Below is my log file, i'm not sure if it can help. as this seems to be BeSweet related, could you also post the BeSweet logfile?

I had the same problem. When I had a negative delay.(as I see you have) Besweet crasched when it should start to transcode.
As soon as I have a delay I have to use the Besweet GUI to correct it. I dont know if d2s is suposed to fix this by it self?
