Some of the subtitled encodes I made using VSFilter displayed all subtitles in the primary color, instead of switching to alternate colors (as used in the original source).
Deleting the .idx and .sub file and re-extracting them from the .ifo appears to correct the problem.
I'm not sure what caused the problem in the first place. My best guess is that I extracted the subtitles from the .IFO using Avisynth 2.0 & VobSub 2.23 then completed encoded the files after switching to Avisynth 2.5 & VSfilter.
