View Full Version : Is it possible to burn to smaller bin files on one CD?

Hello to all in the forum.

I have been experimenting to get two smaller bin files to burn on one CD. I have edited the cue file to try to call both bin files during th burn process. Nero seems to recognize both files and their total combined size but only one image actually burns. Only the first one in the cue file.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible and how to perform this function?

Thank you in advance.

Might be easier to extract the images from the bin files and just use Nero's SVCD template to burn both on one disc.

You won't have chapters or selectable subs though, except I think the break between the two mpg's becomes a chapter point, but I haven't done this in awhile.

Thanks for the reply. I did try that using the actual mpegs in the Movie folder. Like you said, I do not get the chapter indexes. I do get a break between the mpegs. I would like to be able to keep the chapters through out. I think it may have to do with the mpeg image names imbedded in the bin files being the same for both. Not sure just yet how to change the name in the bin file to not be the same if this is the issue.

You could use TSCV to add chapters from the mpg files.

Haven't done it myself, but there are enough threads and guides around that you should be able to find the info you need.
