Since the Xbox is nothing but a PC with very little hardware upgradablility the technical answer is a resounding yes. Software possibilities are not so positive. The XBMP which used Mplayer sources outside their license can IIRC.

Yes, XBMP can. Software should grow with some emulation ports are reported to take 40 minutes to program.
