IC7 slow read engine?

I just made an image from a ~4GB movie, and IC7 read the data painfully slow (1.2MB/s ~ 1x) - however with DVD Decrypter i get about 3-5MB/s with the same drive (NEC1100A).

Or just wrong settings? :confused:

Was the movie css protected? IC7 can not decrypt, and that will make it slow as it rereads encrypted data in an effort to recover from an "error".

are you trying to process the DVD directly using IC?

yes indeed that was the problem :o i thought IC reads the disc to hd first.
