GKnot and XVID AVI interleaving

I think before releasing a final 0.28 version, the issue with XVID undersizing have to be fixed.

IMHO I think also that the problem is not in XVID codec, but in interleaving settings in GKnot bitrate tab - these are rather different from DIVX ones, and the problem with XVID undersizing is there - in AVI interleaving settings.

I see that you have removed the vhq1 from the defaults.According to some developers it could have been nice to have it default as vhq1 as it produces better quality.

VHQ is still under heavy development, look for example on the change log file on Umaniacs site. Besides this, not everyone has a 2Ghz processor. It's quite slow in other words.
