I've seen several programs that do R- but which software can do R+ with one click?

Huh? As far as any of these programs except InstantCopy are concerned there is no difference between -R(W) and +R(W) as they do not do the actual burning.
InstantCopy doesn't care either, as long as your burner is recognized.

So even though something like DVD Shrink says, "DVD Shrink is a versatile freeware tool for fitting a DVD-Video disc on a single DVD-R." it will do R+ with no problem?
