During one of my test runs, I was able to queue up a second job using the same workspace as the first running job without creating the .settings files. The second job appeared to have ran using the settings from the first job.
Perhaps the DivX control panel may be accessed and set for the second job being queued while the first job is running, without messing up the first job. What an interesting test to try out!
Or perhaps for now, this problem may be avoided by bring up the DivX control panel for each job queued, then scheduling the jobs after the last job has been queued.
