Size calculations off?

Hi,
I made Gladiator without any problems and the size calculation worked fine. But now I'm trying to backup StarTrek Next Generation DVD's. They contain of four VTS sets with one PGC each. Very simple.
Each episode is about 47 minutes.
After running them in DIF4U & DoCCE4U I get each M2V file to be 1,3GB something, and the menu is about 300MB. So it's too big to fit on a DVD-R.
The difference is that Gladiator is only one VTS with one PGC.
Should I do anything else when making several VTS at the same time?
I'm following the guide with Scenarist and CCE.

I had a similar problem when ripping a DVD with more than one main movie.
I'm not sure if there's an option to tell DIF4U to calculate differently, but I just calculate manually.

for me there were 2 main movies(50min each), and the average bitrate was set a little over 6000 for each PGC.
Obviously this is too much for any one PGC, unless you only want one 50min video on a DVD.
I had to set them each to about 4000.
It shouldn't take much work, and DIF4U's calc is pretty acurate.
