Can I install both 2.07 and 2.5 on my computer

I have about four weeks experience with avisynth and am enjoying it a lot. I downloaded version 2.5 and wanted to know if i can install it while 2.07 is still loaded on my computer. If so, how will the computer know which version to use? I just started using CCE 2.66 yesterday. Will avisynth 2.5 work with CCE 2.5 or will I have to use it only with 2.66?

Yes. There's a bat in this forum which allows global switching between 2.5 and 2.0.x. An other possible solution is to put the avisynth.dll inthe program path, as windows apps first look in their program paths for needed dlls. So if you have 2.0 in your system dir and 2.5 in your vdub/cce (not sure about cce cause i don't dosvcds), it uses 2.5.

CCE can't handle YV12 as input, so you'll have to convert it to yuy before feeding it to cce. There are numerous threads about 2.5 and CCE and the problems which might occur. You'll find moreaccurate help there, as I don't work with CCE...
