Strange behavior movie is totally mixed-up

Something very strange is happening to me.
I'm using the DVD2SVCD 1.1.3 Build 2.
The movie conversion is done up to the end, .bin and .cue files are created, but......
But sometime the movie is totally mixed-up (the video part only), some scene are repeated twice, some scenes misplaced....
I say "sometime" because sometime is done correctly (even with the same movie from the same VOBs files on the HD) and I'm not finding the correlation.
I did several tests:
I enabled/disabled the internal ripping... nothing
I used the 2.08 and the 2.51 Avisynth.... nothing
Bicubic or Simple resize.... nothing
CCE 2.5 and CCE 2.66/2.67 with ECLCCE 1.3a.... nothing


Any suggestion ?

Did you rip the DVD with Internal Routines originally of DVD2SVCD or use something external?

I unistalled DVD2SVCD 1.1.3 Build 2, Avisynth 2.08 and the 2.51, CCE 2.66/2.67 and I went back to DVD2SVCD 1.1.1 Build 2 with CCE 2.50.
Every things seems to be OK now

Might be related to the Robocop Directors Cut problem. But I don' know.
