People help!I used guide from this site and try to make a lord of the ring on one dvd-5.Everything from the guide I work the same but when I try to import media asset I got a massege: Media detection error.and I don't know why?So if anyone know the reason and would like to help please write it.I'am tryting to make a hole months but I didn't suceed.Also if anyone know better why to "make" a movie on dvd-5 please tell how and which programs to use.thanks!

If all you want is the movie, DVD decrypter is ifo processing mode, CCE, and infoedit do a good job.

if you are going from ONE DVD9 to a DVDR, then you might also like to try (hey - it's FREE!!) DVDshrink 1.03. It's not going to give you the same quality as the method gookie mentioned, but it does an excellent job for very little hassle.

Regarding the "media detection error" in Maestro, you should have done a forum search. If you had, you would have (amongst others, admittedly) got the following result:
