Help! DVDDecryptor 3.1.5.0 Problems

I have been using DVD Decryptor for months and never had a single problem.
I use the Samsung DVDRom that came with my Dell 8200 to rip (for speed) and burn with the Sony DRU500a.
Since upgrading to 3.1.5.0, DVD Decryptor creates unplayable data on everything I throw at it.
It doesn't matter if I use ISO or file mode.
Everything rips perfect with no errors displayed at optimum speed but when I go to test it with Power DVD, it starts to play and the picture breaks up into a multicolor digital mess and locks up the player.
This also happens when played in my home DVD player.
I would happily go back to an older version but I'd like to know if anyone else is having the same problem.
I'm amazed if I were the only one.
The only visual difference I see in DVDDecryptor is a cracking CSS window pop up that wasn't there before.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had problems with 3.1.5 and went back to 3.1.4. It is the same with Imgtools. O.89 was the one that worked best for me. So I have stuck with it after trying the newer versions..

Ive had to go back to old methods of CSS cracking. Whilst the new one works fine for me it seems to cause problems for a lot of other people. The next release 'should' fix your problems.

Something else to look into, (Perhaps even a bug?) I have ripped ALOT of DVD's using Vers. 3.1.4.0, always doing a Full copy to the hardrive, then I always use the GET VTS_Sector command in IFOedit to check the HD copy offsets, and on vers 3.1.4.0, it never had to change the offsets. Since the 3.1.5.0 version some DVD's actually fail that same test, so something has definatly changed. Might want to check it out, the last DVD to fail was Kate and Leopold (NTSC) Region 1. Hey thanks for the app, it still kicks butt, but may have to resort back to V. 3.1.4.0.

I changed the CSS method per advice on another thread and it seemed to work for me.
I was able to make a workable ISO image with 3.1.5.0

It just so happens that I have that dvd.
I did a test and both rips came out exactly the same. I did a hex (byte for byte) compare.
IFOEdit still feels the need to correct the pointers though.

I am having the same type of problem with 3.1.5.0. In file mode or iso mode everything appears to work fine. I can mount the iso but it plays very jerky and breaks up into pixels. In file mode, if I drop a vob into windvd it locks up. With dvd2avi in preview mode, all I get is a green screen then a lock up. Version 3.1.4.0 works fine.

I seem to have broken the css code for some drives. Works fine on mine, but not for the rest of the world!

Expect a new release today.

Would the new release fix the CIRC error issue or maybe a workaround?

CIRC errors are normally due to your drive not being able to read the disc. They shouldnt be caused by anything I've done/not done.
