Halo, does anybody succeeded in changing date rate through CLI in divx 5.03? Is it possible?
I made a test - encoded a certain fragment of movie with 5.02 12,2 and 6,4 - the sizes of two files were different. Then I made the same only with 5.03 and outcoming two files were of the same size. So I think that the actual data rate during encoding with 5.03 was the same. Am I right?
