dual layer decrypting bullshit

i'm using smartripper to rip vobs to my HD.
but i recently got this dvd that had dual layer.
once it finish decryting the first layer, it stops.
and says that there is an error block.
what options, etc.. should i use to smoothly decrypt both
layers without any trouble?

To me this appears to be an error, not a matter of selecting the right option. Have you tried using another ripper (DVDDecrypter)?

no, i haven't used DVDDecrypter before,
but i have tried VStrip, but i get the same error
do ou think DVDDecrypter will fix the problem?

It may or may not fix it, but at least it will tell you the proper error! From that, I can tell you how to get around it - if possible.

I used DVDdecrypter and it ripped with no problem, but what exactly is a dual layer disc. Its not as if there is info on the flip side of the disc, is it???
