*.AC3 has -327 delay

the ac3 file i got after creating a dvd2avi project,
has a delay of -327 ms. after multiplexing the mp2(ac3->mp2 using besweet) with the mpv (cce) the sound was out of sync.
My question is, how do i change the delay to 0ms ?

You take care of the delay when encoding to mp2 in BeSweet.

another method is to cut the ac3 stream at 0ms with a tool such as HeadAc3he(get it in download session)
