VDubMod not working - fixed now thx

i have been trying to get vdubmod to work i have downloaded every file from the website and unziped them all into one directory but when i load vdubmod it said that libjpeg.dll wasn't pressent then it said that libpng13.dll wasn't present and now it says that libz.dll isn't present could somone plz tell me where i can get hold off ALL the dll files needed to run vdubmod or could somone be so kind as to email them to me in a zip.
