i don't understand why DVDShrink can't create a VIDEO_TS.IFO? i need it to burn with nero. can someone tell me if other burning software can make it? thanks to help

it does create it ..but if your having trouble on a paticular dvd and you just have vobs...just use dvdtoolbox. Hit create video manager then click get DVD Sectors.
