Hi guys !

Sorry if this may be answered before. I have searched for an answer but couldnīt finde one.

I have a movie ripped to disc using 3 vobs that give me some trouble because the player ( I tried Windvd, Sonic filters etc. ) skips a few seconds once in a while and also the first vob starts without sound so an audio decoder is not loaded and I get no sound on the first vob.

Since I have no idea if those problems can somehow edited I wanted to combine those 3 vobs into one mpg file.

Can this be done without reencoding ( I dont want to loose picture quality ) and which program would I need ?

Also if you have a solution for the skipping and missing audio decoder question please help !

Thanks,
midiboy

need more info, but try demuxing the VOB's and re-authoring everything. The m2v files you can append in higher end authoring programs, but, and I could be wrong about this, I think you have to append the audio into 1 file in another program.
