can someone tell me what the differce between ogg .2 .3 and .4 is, i also want to know which one is similar to 128 vbr mp3

The difference between them is the quality those numbers represent.Ogg .2 is an ogg media file encoded with quality 0.2 or at 90kbps etc.Theoretically the one close to a 128kbps MP3 would be an ogg media file encoded with quality 0.4 or ogg .4 in your case.However the bitrate will be lower but the quality a lot higher.I usually encode with quality 0.3 and sounds great.:D
