simple question about capture

I already have read the capture guide....

I plan capture from a good vcr and I won't use my pinnable tv card to do that but the video-in of my Gef4, and for this, use the wincoder bundled with the card.

So my question is : can I feed GordianKnot directly with the avi generated by wincoder, then use GordianKnot to convert the film to divx ?

Yes, v0.27 and newer. Though you may need to read this post (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41085) if you get a segmented AVI.

oohhh Thanks, because I plan capturing a 90 min film @ 720*576...

Pssss setting wincoder2 to both accept Nvidia & Pinnacle WDM capture drivers was...... But It's done now :)

Something strange... Is it me and my rig or nvidia WDM capture driver only accept 720*480 ?

Well, this may sound odd, but my bundled wincoder2 came with a help film ( *.chm) in italian.... Gah !

Could someone give a like to an english ( or better : french) version of this file ?
