no sound

Hi
I have captured VHS with DC10(Pinnacle and

burnt to DVD but the audio has failed to

register.
All I get is a loud noise

but the video is good and complete

WXP 2000 AMD
512 RAM
On board sound

I don't understand the volume setup

Forgot to mention I used Creator 6 (Roxio)

to burn.

You have to connect sound separately to your PC's line input to be able to get sound. At least that's what I do with my geforce4.
