What the kind of error I have had with CCE267/266, AviSynch251 under WinXP. Look at the lines below from my log file:

Executing Cinema Craft Encoder.
StreamSectors: 771186864
AudioSectors: 427616
VideoPAPO: 11939472
ScanOffsetBytes: 288
SeqAligningBytes: 18304

PictureSectors: 1.00
PureMPEGStream: 758801180.00

CalcMPEGStream: 758801180.00
Frames: 240
CDSize: 740.00
Number of CDs: 1
Cut point 735.00
EConvertError '' is not a valid integer value

Frames 240 looks very strange. The same time .d2s file contains the line Frames=42470.
The same time DVD2SVCD 112b1 with old AVS and CCE250 works ok under Win98 the same PC.
Could anbody help me?

I have deleted SmartDeinterlace. Then the avs file starts to be palyable via WMP. Nevetheless, EConvertError (about "integer value") appears again. Now I am comparing both ecl files (DVD2SVCD 112b1/CCE250 and 113b1/CCE267 via EclCCE (11.03)) and trying to start it manually.

Please check this first. Go to the encoder tab. Select Advanced Settings. See if you have selected a template.

done and waiting for your help. Now I have launched 113b2/AVS2/CCE267 via EclCCE (the latest) - we will see. So, the error has been disappered. Tomorrow I will check it with AVS2.5.1.
By the way - what is the dark story with templates? While CCE250 - there were no problems of choice. Is Standard (267) enough or I should choose between Interlaced and Progressive?

sorry, but in my case the "EConvertError '' is not a valid integer value" does not dissapear.
I´m using 113b2/AVS2/CCE267 via EclCCE (the latest) and your trick with the template doesn´t work. Does anybody have a hint for me ??
Thx

In the log tab press the Bugreport button, and mail me. Btw, what are you converting? DVD or AVI?

OK...I´ll send you a bug report within the next days. With CCE 2.64 without ECLCCE everything works fine, but sine CCE 2.66/2.67 with ECLCCE I receive the error "EConvertError '' is not a valid integer value".

Maybe someone could regard my question as a stupid one, but I failed to use "Smartdeinterlace" with DVD2SVCD113b2/CCE266/67/AVS25. With DVD2SVCD112b2/CCE250 it works fine. Of cource using the 1st software combination I could switch off smartdeinterlace, the result is much faster, but to my mind, worse, than the 2nd software combination's one. So, the question is HOW to use Smartdeinterlace with DVD2SVCD113b2/CCE266/67/AVS25?

Try the version in this thread:

http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=51096

IIRC I fixed it in that version.

Thanks, I will try. By the way, I have found a small bug - while converting NTSC DVD (29,97 fps) with Force film on (to 24 fps) - it counts chapters thinking it's still off. OK, I have decreased all values down to 25% - and finally get indexes at proper places. Only you could AUTOMATE it.

I have tried with b7 - the result is the same.
Think it is high time to publish the log file to understand:

You could see frames 240, in reality there much more.
And, if I switch off smartdeinterlace - everything starts to be ok.
So, the question remains, HOW to use smartdeinderlace with the latest versions of CCE/AVS??????

OK - after searching whenever it was possible I have found out, that Smartdeinterlace is some feature of mpeg2dec.dll, not mpeg2dec3.dll, which is default one after D2S installation.
So, switching to mpeg2dec.dll in frameserving tab I have found Smartdeinterlace I was long for. And lose the speed. It's a pity nobody could tell me about it. So, AVS251 gives a better speed only with mpeg2dec3.dll. Is not it?
